Lynn Campbell
Lynn Campbell has over 30 years of experience. She began twirling and dancing when she was 3 years old. She studied Baton, Ballet, Pointe, Tap, and Jazz through high school, and continued to twirl through college. She twirled competitively, locally and on the national level since the age of 7, and has won numerous awards and trophies. She was a majorette and Feature twirler at Knoch High School, a Feature Twirler with the Pride of West Virginia Marching Band at West Virginia University, and a College Miss Majorette of Pennsylvania.
As a competitive baton twirler, Lynn received training from several instructors: Betsy Ondich Biros-Bules, Anita McDonald, Bonnie Baxter, Terri Young, Terri Domminick, Barbara Neely, and Kathy Harris.
Lynn was the director and baton instructor for the Suncrest Majorettes in Morgantown, WV for many years, and a baton instructor at Pizazz Dance (then Tracy’s Dance Company) in Morgantown, WV, and the baton instructor for the Flames and Flickers in North Washington, PA. Along with being an instructor for several groups, Lynn has been the baton instructor for many individual competitive twirlers. Lynn is an active member of the National Baton Twirling Association and is a certified/licensed judge with the National Baton Twirling Judges Bureau and a Twirling Unlimited Judge. She has served as a judge for many local, regional, and national contests.
Lynn is excited to bring her love and passion for Baton twirling to the students of PineTree.
