Macy Grieb
Macy Grieb is excited to teach dance at PineTree Performing Arts Center! Macy started dancing when she was three years old at Pittsburgh Youth Ballet. She switched to Judy Murtaugh Dance Studio, where she participated in ballet, tap, jazz, gymnastics, and baton. In high school, Macy taught the preschool ballet and tap classes alongside her dance teacher. Throughout high school, she performed in her high school musicals as a featured dancer and the Bethel Park Marching Band’s Bethettes. She graduated from Grove City College with a B.S. in Early Childhood and Special Education. During her time at Grove City College, Macy performed in the Wolverine Marching Band’s Marquettes, Orchesis Dance Troupe and Spring Dance Company. She also helped choreograph one of her sorority’s Greek Sing performances. After college, she earned her Master’s Degree in Special Education, while working as a special education teacher. When Macy’s son was born in 2023, she resigned from her teaching position to be a stay-at-home mom. Macy is excited to start teaching dance again!
